Great little hotel in Olbia

The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The water pressure on the shower was great. The gal at the front desk ( I forgot to ask her name) was so friendly and helpful. We just stayed for one night, so didn’t try the Wi-Fi, but the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the port which has a great view from the dock. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a 15 min drive to the airport. I would stay there again

By no means this is a 4 star hotel.

Close to the beach and a beach bus stop just outside the hotel. Nice balcony. Very clean.

No internet in the room which is practically unacceptable and some really loud awful Latin music playing all evening until late from the bar below.

Locayion was close to sea. Hotel had underground parking. Manager was nice, allowed us in before checkin time.

Good

Good location, clean rooms, friendly receptionists. Breakfast is acceptable but same selection for the whole week, no vegetables, at least not only sweets.

Very loud music every night from the hotel bar, while seemingly very few people were there. AC turned off centrally and turned back on only at 22:30 every night. Overall good value for the price, if you don’t mind the music at night.

Good but ruined by the loud music at midnight

staff is nice except those in a restaurants. Cleaning ladies were very good

The music every midnight in the square next to the hotel was horribly loud. It literally started every night after midnight, it is not the hotel's fault, but for the future of the business, the owner needs to talk with the city hall to cancel this ridulous music festival at midnight

Lovely place to stay, in a great location!

A very simple and lovely room, clean and spacious. We arrived slightly early and they let us check-in earlier as our room was available. Very friendly and helpful staff. excellent location near restaurants and the port/ local beaches.

is very tired. in the underground parking there are wires & hoses coming down. you can see discarded junk behind the hotel from balcony. the restaurant seemed dirty so chose not to eat there.

If you are after convenience to the beach and the heart of the port you’ve got it.

The place was soooo clean and I don’t just mean visually but it smelt so fresh and clean.

There was no tea/coffee facility in the room. The cleaners are sooooooo noisy and try to get into your room so early.

Wonderful

Clean and comfy hotel with an excellent location and professional staff. A huge thank you to the property manager and the reception lady who solved our problem with the AC in our initial room and managed to move us into another one. We will probably return if we decide to visit that part of the island again.

Good location and friendly staff

The hotel has very good location, close to the port and easy access to Tavolara island. We didnt rent a car but the staff was really helpful to organise program for our stay. Special thanks to Aliessa she was super nice and helpful she helped us to book everything before our stay without her I dont know what we do. The hotel has a huge balcony with a beautiful view to Tavolara island.

Nice place to stay

Great location, nice staff, very clean, good underground garage

Excessive use of fragrant cleaning products or room deodorizer. Less is more :) We got a room with a very tiny window. There were better rooms available that they could have given us. Breakfast was a joke (1 croissant and 1 coffee per person)

Disappointed and too expensive for what it offers. Hopefully they can improve.

The location is great because you are close to a lively city. The view of the Tavolara is spectacular.

The shower drain was clogged. We arrived after a long travel and wanted to rest during the day and they played very loud reggaeton music throughout the day at the cafe on the bottom floor. There were very few patrons to justify blasting music from 10am to 10pm. I like reggaeton it just didn’t match the vibe of a relaxing beach holiday and we could hear it loudly our room while trying to rest. My sister and her husband didn’t have air conditioning the first two nights of their stay. The wifi doesn’t connect in the rooms if you have to do any work. The staff was not good or bad. Didn’t do much to resolve these issues. It’s not a good value and certainly not 4 stars. The shower is so small that a 9 year old would consider it too tight.
